about us

Media Relations (MR), Social Media (SM) and Experiential (XP) are now the three most important ‘word-of-mouth’ communications techniques. They’re what get brands and businesses talked about in this marketing-saturated world. Our three practice groups are expert in each of these areas. And we can combine them for maximum effect and maximum value, for both consumer and corporate clients. That’s why we call ourselves an ‘integrated’ PR agency.

Launch, ranked a top 50 UK independent (source: PR Week 2009), was founded in September 2001. Founder Johnny Pitt’s vision was for a company that was 100% everyday-accountable for insight, strategy and creativity, but most importantly, results. He wanted us to have the kind of ‘do-it-now’ and ‘get-it-right’ focus that you need on a project – and apply it to every client’s business, whether they were with us for five months or five years. We like to think the idea works, because many of our big name clients have stayed with us from the start. Come and talk to us about how our market-leading integrated approach is maximised by extraordinary energy, vision and accountability.

Public Relations means lots of different things these days. At the core though, PR is still about delivering positive exposure in the media - on and off line. Understanding and managing the relationships between brands or businesses and the media is, and always will be, at the heart of what we do here at Launch – not least because it gives our SM and XP work added dimensions and bite.

Great creative has to be driven by rigorous strategic planning and thinking. We’ve developed our own seven-step approach to building client campaigns, designed to get the best results from our integrated offer and our people.

Our Launch Code, best-practice, campaign implementation system ‘bottles’ all the expertise we’ve developed over the years to make sure we successfully accomplish every mission we go on.
